Tryphena Banks of Willingboro, New Jersey, earned an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2009. She shares, 鈥淚 obtained my initial nursing degree (ASN) from Excelsior College in May 2009 and have been actively working in the field since then. In 2010, I resumed my studies and completed my BSN in 2013, followed by a master’s degree in Nursing Education in 2016, both from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, I achieved my doctorate in Health Care Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg. Currently, I serve as a hospice nursing director and have recently published my autobiography on May 1, 2024.鈥�
